Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photos for marketing purposes.
  • Create engaging content for social media, websites, and email campaigns.
  • Design promotional materials such as posters, banners, and brochures.
Social Media Management:
  • Develop and manage social media calendars for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Write compelling captions and optimize posts for engagement.
  • Respond to comments and messages to maintain online presence and customer interaction
Marketing Strategy:
  • Brainstorm and implement creative marketing campaigns to attract new patients.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop promotional packages and discounts.
  • Analyze marketing trends and patient feedback to improve campaigns.
Video Production and Editing:
  • Film dental procedures, testimonials, and clinic tours (with patient consent).
  • Edit videos with captions, transitions, and music for professional appeal.
  • Stay updated on video trends to keep content fresh and engaging.
Analytics and Reporting:
  • Monitor and report the performance of campaigns (reach, engagement, conversions).
  •  Use insights to adjust strategies and improve ROI.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with dentists and staff to understand services and promote them effectively.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for printing, advertising, or event management.
Brand Development:
  •  Maintain consistent branding across all platforms.
  •  Ensure the clinic group’s tone and message are aligned with its target audience.


This role blends creativity, strategy, and technical skills to effectively market the clinic and grow its patient base.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum education requirement: SPM

  • Experience requirement: Preferably with 1-3 years experience in a related field (non-mandatory).
  • Other requirements: Able to work on weekends, travel between branches, take initiative at work, willing to work with team, possess good learning attitude.
