Skills
Required:
Familiar with CAD CAM TECHNOLOGY.
Reading and interpreting prescriptions and specifications provided by dentists.
Crafting dental prosthetics such as crowns, bridges, dentures, and braces using various materials and techniques.
Casting, shaping, and polishing dental appliances to ensure accurate fit and aesthetics.
Following safety protocols and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
Collaborating with dentists to ensure precise customization and adjustments of dental devices.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the lab environment.
Keeping abreast of new techniques, materials, and technologies in dental prosthetics.
Troubleshooting and repairing damaged or faulty dental appliances as needed.
Documenting work processes and maintaining records of completed orders.
Adhering to regulatory guidelines and standards related to dental prosthetics manufacturing.
