Requirements:
  • Minimum education requirement: SPM.
  • Dental experienced candidates will be prioritized.
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply (Full Training Provided).
  • Entry-level candidates from dental assisting/nursing programmes are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication skills (English and Malay).
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, team player, caring and responsible.
  • Willing to learn and follow clinical SOPs.
  • Able to work weekends (rotational off day).
  • A good team player and a good learning attitude.
  • Able to work in Mont Kiara, Sunway Velocity, Subang, Bukit Bintang, and Jalan Ipoh.

Chairside Assistance:
  • Assist dentist during all dental procedures (4-handed dentistry).
  • Prepare and arrange instruments, materials, and equipment.
  • Manage suctioning, retraction, mixing materials, and chairside documentation.
  • Set up treatment rooms before each procedure and ensure smooth workflow.


Infection Control & Sterilisation:
  • Follow strict sterilisation, disinfection, and instrument handling protocols.
  • Operate the autoclave and maintain a clean, safe environment.
  • Ensure compliance with clinic SOPs and MOH infection control standards.

Patient Care:
  • Ensure patient comfort throughout the visit.
  • Support dentists in managing patient flow efficiently.

Administrative Support:
  • Update patient records (training provided).
  • Assist with stock checking, inventory, and clinic housekeeping.
  • Support front desk when needed.
